By sending this form completed with your data, you authorize Viajes Islamar SA to issue ferry tickets on the route Ibiza - Formentera or
viceversa with the company Trasmapi, as well as regular bus tickets from the airport to the port of Ibiza with line L10 in your name.
All passengers on this reservation must travel on the same boat schedule; if you wish to travel on different schedules, you must make separate
reservations. With this reservation, you will be free to select your preferred boat schedule within your chosen round trip dates.
Once we receive this completed form, we will verify the information and send you a link through the Paycomet application to proceed with the
payment of your ticket. You may cancel or modify your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, as long as boarding passes have not been
issued. The opening hours for sending the link for payment and issue of tickets are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
