    Managing the relationship with clients and users: The data provided in the inquiry form and in your reservation requests will be processed to handle your inquiries, manage those reservations, and provide the requested services. The categories of data we process for these purposes include:
    • Identification data (name, surname, and DNI/passport) and contact details (address, email, and phone) of the reservation holder;
    • Reservation details (stay dates, number and age of guests, and services included in the reservation).

    Data related to transactions carried out on the website will also be processed for accounting and administrative management purposes, as well as to comply with our legal obligations regarding accounting and taxation.

    These processes are necessary for the execution of the contract or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested parties.

    Managing relationships with professionals: We process the data that professionals provide in the corresponding registration form to process their registration request and the reservations they make through our website.

    Sending commercial communications: We process the identification and contact data provided by our customers to send them communications related to offers, discounts, and promotions on our services.
